Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Agisse at agisse.xyz, run by Lennart Steen, Brussels, Belgium ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@agisse.xyz. If you run your own copy, the AGPL applies to the code, and these terms don't.

You must be at least 18 to use Agisse.

A beta

Agisse is in beta; full access is by invite. Getting better every day. Features may change, break or disappear, and data could be lost. Agisse is free. If this ever changes, we'll tell you first and never charge you without your agreement.

No guarantees

Agisse helps you find roles, prepare and reach out. It does not guarantee interviews, offers or jobs. Scores, rankings, salary ranges, interview insights and AI drafts are suggestions built from public web data and AI models, and they can be wrong or out of date. Check them before you rely on them.

Fair use

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• AI features and the job feed have usage limits so the service stays free and fast for everyone. We may adjust them.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or resell Agisse, and do not use it to harass, spam or deceive anyone.

Your messages are yours

Agisse drafts messages, answers, CVs and cover letters. You decide what to send and you send it yourself, from your own accounts. You are responsible for what you send and for making sure what it says about you is true. Agisse never sends messages or applies on your behalf.

Your content

You keep ownership of your CV, profile and anything you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Agisse to you and to check the quality of its answers, as described in the privacy policy.

Invite links

Your referral link and invites are personal. Share them with people you know; do not sell them, spam them or post them in bulk. We may remove invites that are misused.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Profile & settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end the beta, with notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

Agisse is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian or EU law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law

Belgian law applies. Courts in Brussels have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
