Stages

• UK: Immersive Online Assessment (situational judgement plus reasoning)
• Job Simulation or HireVue (Canada official): 6–12 questions, 30–60 s prep, 1–3 min answers, often 2 attempts
• Final: group discussion plus about 50 min interview

What is tested: situational judgement, numerical, logical, video interview

Video interview: about 6 questions, 45 s to prepare, 2 min per answer, 1 retake.
