> Agisse is a job-search assistant for students and early-career job seekers in Europe. It ranks open roles against your CV, tells you which postings to apply to and which to skip, tailors your CV and cover letter, finds the people worth messaging at a company, and prepares you for each interview round. You always press submit and send yourself; Agisse never applies or messages on your behalf.

## What it does

- **Jobs for you**: a feed of thousands of open roles across Europe (about 30 countries), filtered by your dealbreakers (level, remote, salary, countries) and ranked by your skills and target industries.
- **Apply or skip**: paste any job posting and get a 1–5 score against your CV, a requirement-by-requirement match, and a clear verdict. Below 4.0 means don't apply.
- **Tailored CV and cover letter**: rewords your real experience for the role, never invents employers, schools or skills. Export to PDF or LaTeX (Overleaf).
- **Who to message**: finds people at a target company who share ground with you (same school, former employer, student club), explains why each one matters, and drafts a short note you send yourself.
- **Companies like it**: name a company you like and get a map of similar companies, checked against Wikidata, with their open roles.
- **Interview rounds**: what each round tests, questions candidates reported, and STAR-style practice with feedback.
- **Offer**: a sourced salary range and a negotiation script.
- **Tracking**: one board for every application, with follow-ups flagged.

- **What does it cost?** Creating an account is free and includes your first search. Full access opens once your account is approved.
- **Does Agisse apply or message people for me?** No. It fills the form and drafts the message; you submit and send them yourself.
- **Does it scrape LinkedIn?** No. It uses the public web only and never logs into LinkedIn; profile links are opened by you.
- **What does it need from me?** Your CV, imported as a PDF.
